Return Policy for Living the Low Life

At Living the Low Life, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at livingthelowlifeshow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RAN in the package.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
